Materials
The Eyelet is handcrafted using a durable cotton-polyester blend yarn, chosen for its soft feel, beautiful texture, and ability to hold its shape. Substantial metal hardware adds durability and a polished finish.
Care
Spot clean whenever possible with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. For a deeper clean, gently hand wash the crocheted portion in cool water with mild detergent, keeping the metal hardware out of the water as much as possible. Do not soak, wring, or machine wash. Gently reshape and lay flat to air dry completely. Avoid bleach, harsh cleaners, and the dryer.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way. Standard ground shipping is free on U.S. orders of $100 or more; expedited options are available at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. HOOK is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Returns
Because each piece is handmade, all sales are final and refunds are not offered. Unused items in original condition may be returned for store credit if you contact HOOK within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Personalized and custom items are not eligible.
Damaged or incorrect order
Contact HOOK within 72 hours and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging.
