Every HOOK handbag and accessory is thoughtfully handcrafted. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and stitching may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes your HOOK truly one of a kind.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Standard ground shipping is free on U.S. orders of $100 or more. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. HOOK is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

RETURNS

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

Because our pieces are handmade, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, unused items in their original condition may be returned for store credit if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or store credit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact HOOK within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
